I am currently a Configuration Manager at ASML
My expertise in CM is mainly in governance since I was the head of the CM department in Turkish Aerospace Industries for 9 years and similarly at FNSS for 7 years. However with my new role at ASML, I am also personally involved in Change Control.
My experiences are in aerospace, defense and semiconductor lithography
I have been a CM2 Professional since 2015 and I have served as the chair of CM2 Global Congress in 2023. I have successfully run a 5 year CM2 transformation project at FNSS. I have founded and chaired the Local CM2 Congress in Turkey (A Takimi)which is still active. I have led a consortium of CM professionals, government officials and military personnel to author the first Configuration Management handbook in Turkish (Configuration Management Guidance in the System Lifecycle Management).
I am passionate about transformation of companies through CM2 principles and empowerment of CM in general.
