CM2 International Congress Mentorship Program
The IPX International Congress is expanding its mission to inspire, connect, and mentor by launching a new mentorship program designed to accelerate continual improvement across people, processes, systems, and data. Rooted in the CM2 principles that guide the Congress, this program pairs interested individuals with seasoned CM2 certified leaders from industries such as aerospace, automotive, healthcare, energy, consumer products, medical devices, and technology.
Our Congress mentors volunteer their time to support mentees in the efficient and effective application of CM2 best practices. Whether you are a current Congress member, an IPX partner, or a professional anywhere within the IpX network, this program is open to you. CM2 certification is not required to participate as a mentee.
