Objectives
Understand the Change Review Board (CRB) process and best practices for managing enterprise change effectively. Attendees will be able to understand these key objectives and more:
- Learn how the CRB facilitates business decisions that impact the organization’s reputation, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders in the change review process, including Change Leaders, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
- Differentiate between Fast-Track and Full-Track change requests and how they progress through the Enterprise Change Assessment (ECA) and CRB process.
- Create a structured checklist to ensure all necessary inputs are available for effective CRB decision-making.
- Assess the financial, technical, and operational implications of proposed changes on products, processes, and stakeholders.
- Learn how to prepare for and conduct CRB meetings, ensuring informed decision-making and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Understand how to assign priorities to approved change requests and ensure proper execution through the Change Implementation Board (CIB).
