CM2 International Congress Mentors

Lindsey Boley

Configuration Management Lead

TEA Inc.

I am a CM2-P Certified Configuration Management professional with over 9 years of experience navigating the unique intersection of agile defense startups and traditional Navy/DoD programs. Currently, I serve as a Configuration Management Lead at TEA Inc., where I am dedicated to supporting the Command and Control Processor (C2P) program. In this role, I focus on defining strategic CM objectives and leading tool implementations for Software Support Activity (SSA) environments. Throughout my career at organizations like Anduril Industries and J2E Technology, I’ve found my niche in bridging the gap between engineering release and digital manufacturing—ensuring that data remains integral even as it moves through complex lifecycles.

What Drives Me

I’ve always believed that CM is at its best when viewed through a "whole picture" lens. I am deeply passionate about process improvement efforts that ensure digital transformation isn't just a buzzword, but a practical reality that integrates Requirements, Development, and Supply Chain into a seamless flow. I truly enjoy the "architecture" side of our field—writing robust processes and automating workflows within PLM tools like Teamcenter, Aras, and CMPRO to eliminate manual friction and help teams move faster.

My Mentoring Style

As a mentor, I aim to be a collaborative partner rather than a rigid lecturer. I’m particularly excited to support mentees who are interested in:

The Big Picture: Transitioning from "siloed" CM to a cross-functional approach that includes Manufacturing and Sourcing.

Process Craftsmanship: Building and documenting workflows that people actually want to use.

Digital Engineering: Navigating the shift toward model-based environments and automated toolsets.

Continuous Improvement: Finding creative ways to refine existing systems to make them more efficient and user-friendly.

I look forward to sharing the lessons I’ve learned—both from the "agile" world and traditional defense—to help the next generation of CM professionals master the intricacies of our field.
