Ray Wozny brings 45 years of deep expertise in Configuration Management, Technical Publications, Electrical and Mechanical Design, combined with 16 years of progressive management experience ranging from first-line supervisor to Senior Director.
Throughout his career, Ray has led critical PLM process and tool implementations at two major technology companies, managing diverse departments including ECAD, MCAD, Configuration Management/Document Management, Technical Publications, Calibration, and PLM Support. His leadership has consistently driven operational excellence and successful product launches across complex technical environments.
Ray's passion for Configuration Management runs equally deep. Since earning his CM2certification in the late 1980s, he has been instrumental in advancing the CM2 methodology—first as a dedicated practitioner and later as an instructor since 2001. He is deeply committed to designing clear, concise, and valid processes that enable successful product launches and seamless software implementations.
An enthusiastic educator and mentor, Ray genuinely loves discussing and teaching all aspects of Configuration Management, helping individuals, teams and organizations optimize their processes and achieve their goals.
