Level I training provides employees and managers with a solid understanding of how to properly protect credit card and personal information. This course also teaches a user about basic safe internet use.

Level I PCI-DSS training provides employees with understanding of:

·      How to properly protect credit card and personal information

·      Basic safe use of the internet

·      Protecting your personal workspace

·      Creating strong passwords to increase security

·      Recognizing social engineering

·      Protecting against viruses, spyware and spam

·      Today’s risks - acceptable use of electronic resources

·      Device management – Internet of Things

·      Phishing and email best practices

Employees:

·      Are required to score 100% on each course lesson’s 4 quiz questions

·      Receive a certificate upon course completion

·      Will be in compliance with onboarding or annual PCI-DSS education requirements upon completing either CFISA’s PCI-DSS course

Managers:

·      Can easily access reports on employee progress and completion

·      Will be in compliance with onboarding or annual PCI DSS employee education requirements
