Optimization of Core Business Processes

This course is the first in the CM2-PRO series, designed to expand the implementation of the CM2 methodology across all key business disciplines. While the CM2-CORE Certification Series (Courses CM2-01 through CM2-06) focuses on eight core business processes that establish the foundation for the CM2 Model, this course extends that foundation to the remaining eleven processes, such as Supply Chain and Finance. To efficiently and effectively meet the requirements of these processes, the right foundation must be in place. Upon completing this course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the CM2 Model's full capabilities, enabling the successful achievement of core process requirements through an enterprise-wide application, building on the groundwork established in the CM2-CORE series.
